Blink and you’ll miss this street off Gold Coast High Street that shares its name with the edgy-turned-hip restaurant that marks its entrance. With a pizzeria, joint and rooftop bar, the Justin Lane Establishment is a destination in itself (there’s also a hairdresser, hair salon and surf shop inside), but continue down the street and you’ll find bars three: Death. , an elegant Yakatori and whiskey bar; Lockwood, the smooth talker; and Nightjar pocket bar.
