When I was introduced to the Tira Tira Tira line on Thursday, I wondered how it would work. I’ve been using this for about a month now and I’m really impressed!

Let me start by saying that I have used tea tree oil (not Thursday Plantation) in the past and it has made no difference to my skin. With that said, I’ve heard good things about tea tree oil, so I thought I’d give it a chance on this list. The entire line comes with 4 items:
I really like this face wash. The soup is very thick and makes you feel like you’re very clean. This made my skin dry, so I would definitely recommend this for people with oily skin. Even with that said, I don’t feel like my skin is really exfoliated, it’s smooth and clean.
Next with tea tree and hazel toner. I would say it’s my favorite part of the line because I found the toner to be very strong and dry my skin. I ended up not using this every day as I used the rest of the line and I only use it on my very oily parts (t-zone). I think if you have really stubborn acne around, this is a great second step.
The third step is the cream! I liked this cream, but I don’t love it. I found that every time I used ink. The cream is very ‘medicated’ which is good, but I don’t like using it like other creams I have. It really put the moisture back into my skin that I really needed after using the previous parts of the routine!

Finally, my favorite part of the products that I try is the medical treatment skin. I love this because I can see a difference in my spots after just one night. It really dries out crazy areas. With skin care, it’s hard to see the difference, but I can say that my large acne areas have improved significantly with this spot treatment.
Overall, I would say this line is very good for acne. For me personally, it seems difficult to try hormonal acne as it appears to be a difficult condition to prevent. I found this line to be very clear on my skin although I do think it helped the areas I sometimes have breakouts on. If there’s one thing I recommend it’s healing gel. The rest of the line is great for trying to dry very oily skin. If only I was like this during my teenage acne boom!
