The community is clean and has good facilities. There are no lice or bed bugs in this community. They also have an Amazon hub lock, which is very convenient. I saw a huge change in experience after the new manager took office. Service requests are evaluated within days. I commend the new management and maintenance staff for improving the overall experience for residents.
We have been staying at palm court apartments since 2020. We have not had any major problems. Following recent management changes, we have seen improvements in handling maintenance requests. Overall the community is good.

Tina told my girlfriend that we could give 30 days notice to move, after she contacted us because we were not given our 60 day notices. The management will be angry with us for misinformation! I came to the office to sign a paper, I walked in quietly, wiped my feet, and Tina threw a thick envelope on the front desk and told me to sign it! He is NOT for this type of work! Our move was awesome! Never clean, dirty carpet only “half renewed”. Oh, and they didn’t tell us that there was no light or air conditioning in our house! My gf travel unit has everything! I hope our move isn’t too bad! Cross our fingers!
I am looking for 2, one for my employees, one for my son and fast. The office staff did everything they could to make the process easy and quick for me. It means that it comes out of the box and I do it in my own business and really appreciate it. Thank you!!!
I definitely do NOT recommend Palm Court. My first part wasn’t ready on the promised date so I was given a dirty, moldy part. Several maintenance issues arose and were not resolved approximately 4 weeks later.

When I inquired about this place in July, the complex was advertised as great, affordable, and great, and sadly after almost 5 months of living here, it wasn’t. They add a lot of fees after the deposit is paid so the cheaper house will cost more. The main problem is the lack of response and attention of the staff to their tenants, especially in terms of maintenance. I understand the maintenance issues, especially with the current understaffing but when I spoke about the slow maintenance, I was informed by the staff that people will be contracting more next month here to help but that won’t happen as maintenance is still slow. I had to call for 4 days straight to resolve something about my dishwasher (it took 4 months to process my request for a dishwasher). After the first call they said they would get an email but it never happened, I had to call three times to get them to pay attention to my dishwasher. Regarding my second issue, My current sink is not very absorbent, I applied a week ago and have not heard back. I called a few minutes ago to check on the status or to find some insight into why it wasn’t processed (at least in the system, I don’t think the maintenance knows yet records of previous applications …) and When I mentioned my name and apartment to Tina, I hung up. I called twice, the second time I was transferred to an automated line and the third time I was hung up on. I called from my friend’s phone and Tina picked up after the first ring and I asked about my sink and finally got an answer. I am sorry for the bad attitude and incompetence of the palm court staff. For every possible tenant, save your money and sanity and choose an additional apartment to rent.
Short staff, not as beautiful as they advertise, many areas of the apartments are not repaired or damaged or neglected. Maintenance requests should always be made and calls to the front desk to sort things out here. I don’t do that.
Good gated community. The rental staff is very helpful and supportive. All the equipment is in good condition in the House. Overall, this is the best place to stay in Phoenix.
Love this community. Nice, clean and well maintained. The staff are very friendly and helpful, making it easy to work. It’s good for rent and some equipment is included in the technology. The only thing I would like is more open parking spaces or more covered parking spaces but there are two designated spaces. It’s a pain trying to find a parking spot with so many cars.
