The Palazzo is an ornate place with marble and Medusa accents everywhere. The flower in the hall is as impressive as in the hall. Full of happy and helpful, smiling and thankful 5 star staff for many reasons, the room is top notch, the only downside is that we had a balcony with west facing chairs, it would have been nice to have an umbrella. or shade sails, there was a tear in the fabric in the master lounge corner of the room. But just being picky… more than anything. We spent our 25th wedding anniversary here and the staff knew and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Including champagne and amazing dessert on arrival. Thank you so much for hosting such an unforgettable event in such an amazing location.
