I had a great experience at the resort. The staff were friendly and made the stay pleasant and comfortable. I will definitely return and recommend the lodge for its hospitality and wonderful experience.
Great leadership produces great employees. This is the only hotel where I was welcome as a tourist. The front desk manager Ms. Arrow, the Kier restaurant staff and even the general manager Mr. Vineet. I recommend to my friends and relatives.
Our room was very comfortable with a balcony overlooking the pool, very good walking distance to beautiful Kata Beach. The staff at the hotel were great. The many compliments in the lobby on Coon Arrow made our stay far beyond our expectations. Definitely recommend here.
My husband and I were shocked by what the hotel prepared for us. There should be roses on the bed and a nice cake as I asked for our anniversary (and was told the cake is already ready) but let’s see what they bring us.😅
