Otherwise, our fees are $85.00 for a standard consultation and $130.00 for an extended consultation. This 4.5 km route takes about 8 minutes. Kuyong Rd is accessed via State Routes 19 and 20. Continue on Kooyong Rd for about 1.2 km and you will reach Inkerman Rd.
Continue down Inkerman Street to find our doctor’s office on your right on the corner of Inkerman and Hotham Streets.
This route serves as an alternative to Route 1 and covers the same distance. This route, which is 4.3 km from the center of Caulfield, takes you for 2.2 km along Glen Eira Street and as you approach Hotham Street you should turn right onto Hotham Street.

If you follow this road for 1.2 km you will find our practice on the left after the intersection of Inkerman and Hotham Streets.
Balaclava station is the main metro station for our experience. The station is located to the south of the practice and is a 10 minute walk down Carlisle Street. When you reach Carlisle St, you can turn left onto Westbury St or Orange Grove.
Take the Sandringham Line train to reach us from any Tube station in the Central Business District. If you are traveling from Caulfield, you can take any train into the city and change to Sandringham at South Yarra station.
If you are traveling from Caulfield station or the surrounding areas, taking the number 3/3a tram is the most convenient way to get to us. This 20 minute tram runs along Balaklava Road and as you approach the junction of Hotham Street and Balaklava Street, get off and visit our experience.

Last year’s sale of 371 square meters at 207 Balaklava Street for $2.2 million set the previous record.
CBRE’s Victorian director of health, age and childcare, Sandro Peluso, said the sale showed investors were confident of buying in affluent suburbs.
“The previous land record for a zone 1 commercial property was $5,920 (per square metre) and was at 207 Balaclava Street, Caulfield North,” Peluso said.

“This sale means there is clearly a strong appetite from investors buying an income stream where the underlying asset value is in place.”
The building broke ground last week and offered investors a three-level medical building with an emergency room, parking and a 10-year lease with current tenants.
“Ultimately, the buyer saw an opportunity in the market for a property with high income and a good tenant, but they were looking at the fundamentals of the property: location and land value,” Peluso said.
