Oyster Bay Marlboro Sauvignon Blanc begins in the vineyard. We handle each vineyard block and wine parcel individually. The fruit is harvested when ripe, crushed, gently pressed and the juice clarified.
A long, slow, temperature-controlled fermentation takes place in the bottle immediately after the wine retains its beautiful fruit and aromas.
