Not my first time staying at Mercure Kuta, what can I say, they are very friendly and ready to welcome you when you check in. The front office (receptionists) are very friendly and smile at us. Thanks to Mr. Wi and the teams for making me feel amazing. For Mercure, thank you for upgrading my room with a great view of Kuta Beach with an amazing sunset. The pool is fantastic. I recommend Mercure Kuta to anyone or Accorers who like to stay in the Kuta area.

We stayed one night and celebrated our daughter’s wonderful 17th birthday party at sunset. The hotel accommodated us in a location on the roof (Cabana). The location was ideal, right in the heart of the best sunset spot on Kuta Beach. And thank you, Andrea (Dea), for getting back to me so quickly after I surrendered the hotel on such short notice. The food was excellent (which I did not expect). We had a food shortage to say the least. All staff were quite helpful, well trained and had excellent hospitality skills (banquet staff, engineering, security and F&B teams). The room was nice and spacious. The air conditioning worked well. The hot shower worked well. And the breakfast was very tasty (I didn’t expect it either, because in other places the breakfast buffet is normal). Mercure should raise the wages of chefs and cooks ha ha ha ha.
