Kidzwish Christmas Party 2016 – Thousands of smiling children filled the Vine Entertainment Center on Thursday for the annual Kidzwish Children’s Christmas Party.
The original Yellow Wiggle Greg Page took 4,300 Elvara and South Coast children (who are sick, underprivileged or disabled) on a Christmas adventure, which also featured several Disney characters.

Rock Star Welcome: Santa Claus turned the cold climate of the North Pole to Wollongong to delight his fans on Thursday.
As the spectators learned that Santa Claus was coming from the North Pole, the stadium shook and filled with the sounds of excited screaming children, who waved as many of the glowing rainbow mini lightsabers as they could.

This was Dane’s first time at the concert, who had come along with 12 other colleagues from the Teaching Center at the Catholic Elementary School of Nazareth.

Teacher Aid Sylvia Johnston-Zmitt said the annual benefit party is a great opportunity for her special needs class to engage in music, dance and interact with each other.
More than 400 volunteers took part in the making of Children’s Day, including 16-year-old Lauren Perry, who belonged to Jamberu, dressed as an angel.
“I love seeing all the faces of the kids and seeing them so happy,” Miss Perry said of volunteering four years in a row.
The cost of hosting the event has grown to 4,300 children with more than 1,100 waiting lists at a cost of $250,000.
