Hofstra Bubble Indoor Soccer League – ROCHESTER, Minn. () – After a two-month delay, the RCTC sports bubble is underway, and while high school and college athletes use the facility, athletes of all ages can train under the dome.
“I’m really excited about this. We’ve been waiting since mid-November for the dome to come in,” said Jim Goodman, senior coordinator of the dome softball league.

This bubble is used by several teams in the region. It is open for reservations from 6 am to 10 pm. Seven days a week until the second or third week of April.

“We’ve been waiting for this for a long time. It’s a chance to see everyone again because we don’t see each other and we miss that community part,” said Dome Softball League senior Deb Warnek.
When I came out, there were only four women playing and they accepted me. It got even better when they found out he could actually play ball. They accept people of all abilities. If you don’t play very well or haven’t played for a long time, that’s okay. We’ll figure it out,” Warnock said.
“I’m the biggest player here. I’m not a good player. It’s fun. The guys and the ladies treat me well, so I’m having a good time,” Barry said.
Whether they’re playing hardball on Wednesday nights for their draft team or more relaxed games on Mondays with their rec team, they’re happy to be together again.
