Nelson Tasman Beaches Among Tripadvisor’s ‘best Beaches’ In The World
Only guests staying at the property are allowed to visit. If you wish to have additional guests (including day guests) in addition to your booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure that you obtain written permission if the property permits.
If you or another guest receives an excessive noise or guest warning, you may be asked to leave the property immediately without a refund. Noise is prohibited outside the property from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra beds, tents, caravans or cars larger than the property accommodation are allowed.
We have stayed at this unit several times now and it never disappoints. The views are especially spectacular from the master bedroom, where we could open the shutters in the morning, drink coffee and watch the dolphins from the most comfortable bed. The lights on the water at night add to the tranquility. The unit was always clean and we loved watching rainbow lorikeets and kookaburras from the balcony. It has become our “happy place”. That’s love!

This was our 5th holiday at the Florentine and friends who phoned have stayed many times, it’s central to everything you need without the hustle and bustle of other places.
Lovely apartment, great location, we were not informed that there would be changes in the building for the exact period of our stay, so arrived and had no access to the elevator for days 1, 2 and 5, so we had to carry our luggage. Flying up stairs with my elderly disabled mother and two small children, it was very disappointing that this was not mentioned before booking so I could have chosen different dates to stay.
We stayed with friends for 4 nights and this unit was amazing. The view is amazing, the unit is very spacious, well equipped and very modern and clean. We couldn’t have asked for anything better and will definitely be back.
