At Sabai Sathorn, our price of THB 25,000 per month is a fully furnished price, NOT including utilities. Electricity and water costs are charged separately. Therefore, serviced apartments include all the amenities of a hotel room, but may be cheaper than an equivalent hotel room for a longer stay.
Lease – Each room in the building is owned by a different owner and is usually only rented for a long term. The owner of the room is not the owner of the entire building.
Fully furnished apartment – each room is owned by an individual company (such as long-term cases of Baan Pipat, Suanphinit, Sabai Sathorn)
Serviced apartment – almost the same as a traditional apartment, but excludes additional services and utilities (mentioned above). It usually caters for different lengths of stay such as monthly, weekly and sometimes daily (same as a hotel).
