B&t Garages – BT Group opens an AI accelerator to reduce the development of new artificial intelligence from six months to six days
BT Award-winning fleet management company Fleet Solutions is responding to the needs of its customers and the wider industry around Cardiff by launching a new HGV garage in the city.

A new HGV facility has been added to Cardiff Garage, replacing another BT building. The move means the company can now service and support HGV fleets and provide a more consistent, high level of customer service, including long-standing customer Wales and Western Utilities.

Henry Brace, managing director of BT Fleet Solutions, said: “Investing in HGV capacity in Cardiff is one of the ways we are making changes to listen to our customers and provide a wider range of services. .cars as much as possible in our Fleet Solutions garage and I am proud to say that today about 80 percent of our customers’ cars pass through our garages.
“However, we want to increase this number and become a one-stop shop for a fleet of different vehicles. The opening of this HGV garage in Cardiff increases our reach to customers such as Welsh and Western Utilities, which allows us to offer them a full range of Fleet Solutions services.”
Located in Coryton, the garage is easily accessible via the M4 and provides transport links to rural areas and remote areas across Wales – a key factor for Welsh and Western Utilities.

Fleet Solutions plans further site upgrades across its network of 64 garages and will promote technicians as they continue to develop their vehicle repair and maintenance products.
Unique in the industry is the nationwide network of 500 garages, 64 of which are owned and managed by Fleet Solutions, ensuring that customers are never far from a site.
