Great leadership makes for a great team. This hotel is the only hotel I have ever welcomed as a tourist. Ms Bowe is the front office manager, Kier is the restaurant staff, and Mr Vineet is even the general manager. I will recommend to my friends and relatives.
Our room was very comfortable with a balcony overlooking the pool, great location walking distance to beautiful kata beach. Many thanks to the khun at the lobby, he exceeded our expectations. We would definitely recommend here.

My wife and I were surprised by what the hotel prepared for us. There should be roses on the bed and a beautiful cake as I asked for our anniversary (and they told me they already have it), but let’s see what they give us.😅
The front office staff at Bow were very pleasant! What a joy. He always went the extra mile and always seemed so eager and happy to help the children. He went out of his way to help us rent motorbikes and even brought the bikes to the hotel. It’s funny too. The rooms were large, comfortable and practical, a few criticisms: The deluxe family room with sea view had a view of the rey roof, ugly from the nearby hotel. There was a microwave and kitchen sink, but no washing up liquid or sponge. There was no hook in the closet either. Great room, but housekeeping needs to pay more attention to cleanliness (sticky surfaces, dust, etc.). The pool and breakfast were excellent. Very family friendly. The pool was also very large, with a swim-up bar and a Jacuzzi going down. Great location near Kata Beach but a bit of a steep climb from the main road. Not suitable for elderly/walkers.
