Anaheim To San Jose Bus

Megabus is coming to Orange County starting December 6th with a new bus route between Anaheim and San Jose, Oakland and San Francisco.

Travelers can choose from four to five daily routes that connect Disneyland’s hometown with cities in the Bay Area. Bookings open on Wednesday (today) for eight to nine hour journeys one way.

Greyhound and Greyhound Express operate between Anaheim and San Francisco, but not with direct service. The trip requires a transfer in Los Angeles and takes at least 9.5 hours.

Megabus will operate from the Anaheim Regional Intermodal Center in Bay 11 at 2626 E. Katella Ave., five miles from Disneyland and a stone’s throw from Angels Stadium.

Riders can connect to Megabus service at the transit center for buses and shuttles to Disneyland and John Wayne Airport. (Parent company Coach USA operates some of these lines.)

Prices for the new service start at $1 each way; book early to get a ticket at this price.
